News 14 Carolina is a 24-hour news service offered in North Carolina, USA, by Time Warner Cable. There are two News 14 Carolina stations, one in Charlotte and one in Raleigh. A regular feature of News 14 Carolina is "Weather on the Ones", which gives a local weather forcast every ten minutes.
In 2005-06, the network also showed a number of Charlotte Bobcats game. The Bobcats are a team in the National Basketball Association.
In February
2004, the Raleigh station was the
victim of a college prank whereby their school and business closure information, which is used during inclement weather events, was altered to display a variety of humorous messages, including the infamous "All your base are belong to us".
