Gerpinnes is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Hainaut. On 1 January 2006 the municipality had 12,030 inhabitants. The total area is 47.10 km², giving a population density of 255 inhabitants per km².

Every year at Whitsun, a large procession is organised in the honour of Sainte-Rolende. Participants are dressed as Napoleonic soldiers, and walk about 40 km around the whole municipality.
